Ana the nurse that took my call needs better training on customer service. Completely dismissed my call/ request for info when I told her who my insurance coverage was with. I needed an Endo specialist and she stated my insurance would not cover without looking at my actual plan. The dentist I JUST left stated that my insurance covered ONE root canal per year , she completely dismissed anything I was saying and said she’s been there for 8 years and just knows. No attempt to help whatsoever. Her tone was very belittling as if I’m less than for having Medicaid. As a nurse she should have some compassion towards patients , no matter what insurance they have. She couldn’t wait to end the call as she seemed annoyed by my questions. Ana , please do better as a nurse because one day it could be you on Medicaid.

Dr. O retreated a tooth of mine that wasn’t treated correctly the first time. (Not his work.) You could literally fall asleep while he is working on your teeth he is so gentle. The ladies in the office are ALL AMAZING. They care, they are loving, they are everything you need and want in a place where you think you will be stressed and in pain. 10000000/100000 recommend Dr. O and his staff!

If I could rate 100 I would. From the moment I called with my pain to the end of the transaction it was very pleasant. The front desk lady, Anna, was extremely nice and transparent from the moment I called. She honestly goes the extra mile for you and helps you as much as she can. I got seen by Dr Bamiduro Oguntebi and he was by assisted by Ms Christina and they were incredibly nice and efficient. This is my first root canal and although it’s not my favorite thing ever and I wish to never go through it again, they both made it bearable for me. I couldn’t be more grateful. Office is also clean and comfortable and they offer you water upon arrival. 10/10 would recommend and return if I needed to

I had my root canal done there on 5/16. Staff was great very nice. The dr was great and very nice. My only issue is there was to many breaks and ended up taking about 4 xrays. I was in the chair from 9:30am to 11am. I know he was taking his time to make sure the work was done properly and right but I felt it took way to long. First the xray to see the infection which is fine. But this is where I was getting a little aggravated. I had the topical numbing gel sat for 5 mins, no problem. Did the numbing injections, sat for 10 mins, no problem. Then he drilled into the tooth cleaned it out, took an xray, sat for another 10 to 15 mins, came back did some more work then sat for about 20 mins by this time the numbing stuff started wearing off and another xray. So he had to put some numbing meds into the tooth. Did more work sat for another 15 mins ish then finally he finished and did a final xray and I was able to go. I feel once you start the work to keep going until it's finished without breaks. Less time in the chair. Never in my life had a dentist do things the way he did. Would I recommend them yes just be prepared to sit in the chair for while. I have a root canal before and it did

Was referred here by my dentist and so glad I was! They got me in the SAME day and were the most affordable option. The staff was extremely friendly and Dr. O was very knowledgeable, efficient, and thorough! I have had a root canal before and this was a great experience.
